Hi everybody,
I don't really have a question, I just wanted to share an Applescript that I wrote. After ripping TV show DVDs, I had all the episodes, but none had a descriptive episode title. The script that is on my blog is a combination Applescript/Automator action that goes online to TV.com and downloads the episode titles and renames the files. With this, you can add episodes to a season with more than 20 episodes in under a minute, which is much shorter than it would take doing it manually.
If you wish to read more about it, please visit http://www.wesg.ca/2008/11/applescript-get-tv-titles/ or you can download the automator workflow directly at http://www.wesg.ca/wp-content/upload/GetTVTitles-workflow.zip
Thanks!
