I have 3 AppleTV 3s hooked up to 3 different TVs and they all are on my home network. I have a dual language household (English and Italian) and I generally buy Blu-Rays from Italy and rip them to mp4s with English and Italian dialogue, as well as English and Italian subtitles. This ensures we can watch movies in any room without having to move discs all the time. All 3 ATVs are connected to their respective TVs via HDMI.

Here's the problem, 2 of them work perfectly. When I press the little menu button during playback, I get options to change audio on subtitles. On the third ATV, however, I only have an option for the English tracks. Any insight as to why this unit operates differently? Is there some sort of setting that may need to be changed. Going through all units, the settings seem to be identical. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks!
