I have the new ATV and it is connected via CAT5e to a gigabyte switch. My challenge is that I find my ATV will have to reload a movie even after it had fully loaded before.
For example I downloaded a kids movie last week for my family. When it was fully loaded, it gave me the option to watch now or return later. I went back to the menu and left it (did not watch it). I went to watch it today and it had to completely reload and took over an hour.
I did a similar thing a fews ago and it did not have to reload. Watched it instantly.
Can someone help me understand when the new ATV has to reload. In both cases I have ATV selected to sleep after 2 hours. And in both cases my ATV did sleep.
Any help or insight would be great. Thanks.
