Applica6ions Folder icon size?

I just installed 10.6...

In my Applications folder on my Dock, I have "View Content As" set to "Grid", however the icons are huge compared to the way they displayed in 10.5.

Is there a setting to change the size of the icons (so I don't have to scroll) - or to control the nukber of rows & columns displayed in a grid?
