Application Disappeared from DOC

Mac Geeks,

I am facing one problem all my application disappeared from my application folder and now only ? (question mark) is coming in the dock. Can anybody suggest the possible cause of the problem and pl tell how to spring back the life to my os. I am using Mac OS X Server.
