application for itunes artwork on desktop

first off i searched but i do not know what the name of the application is so my searches were kinda pointless. I'm relatively new to the mac but i love everything about it so far.

But i looking for the application that many people on this forum have that shows the album artwork for the iTunes track that is playing. I hope that describes what I'm looking for. Thanks for any help. It is greatly appreciated.
