I rarely check the folders as I use the list view or search bar but I noticed that my App Library is not as organized as my 12 Pro Max.

Examples:

Instagram and Twitter not in the social folder
Facebook and Messenger not in any of the folders
YouTube not in the entertainment folder
No Games, Reference, Utilities and Other folders

I tried hard reset to no avail.

When did you get your new phone? If it's recent, then I would wait and it should sort itself out. I had an issue where every third party app was in the Other folder. However, within a week, all of my apps were in the correct folders.

Same thoughts here.
I’ll leave hard reset for when it’s applicable - frozen and non responsive devices.

I think it'll sort itself out. Like I mentioned, my new iPhone 13 Pro Max had all of the third party apps in the Other folder. I tried resetting my phone. I tried uninstalling and re-installing the apps. Nothing worked. But when I checked again a few days later, everything was in the correct folders.

Thanks. I hope mine does as well. It’s already been 3 days and some apps are not even in any of the folders.
