Two days ago I wanted to submit my app, "Go Mitt Romney 2012" to the App Store. I ran Application Loader, but Application Loader says it could not find any eligible apps.
Yesterday, I found out the reason why. I missed a step. I figured out that I had to click the big blue button on the bottom-right corner of my app's page, then select whether my app uses any cryptography. Only after that did the status change to "Waiting for Upload" and did Application Loader recognize my app.
Either I didn't catch that part or it was not mentioned in either of the videos I watched, which included a video that I found on Apple's Website.
