Hi. I have a question about application memory and safari resetting. I have recently been getting an alert, probably once a week, while using safari, stating that I have run out of application memory and that I need to force quit open programs. Usually the only programs I have open are finder and safari. Then, when I close safari and check my activity monitor, the free memory is usually 1.7GB. When I open safari, the free memory may decrease to 1.4GB, but there's still a good portion of it left.

However, when I reopen safari, my homepage is reset to the apple page, and my extensions are reset and tabs open for their configurations. My history is also erased, but everything else appears normal. My bookmarks and topsites are untouched. I'm currently using Safari 5.1.9 on Mac OS X 10.6.8. My extensions are AdBlock, Ghostery, and DoNotTrackMe. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
