So in just 2 years there's been a whole segment in the app market dedicated to tablet apps. As all of you know, tablet oriented apps can sometimes be a lot more impressive and maneuverable then your typical iPhone app. With the new size of the iPad mini, do you guys think there will be innovative apps targeted at the Mini's 7.9 screen? It's exciting to see how the iPad Mini will fit in with the rest of our devices!

Since the mini has the same resolution I don't see anyone really taking advantage of the size. But maybe I am just not thinking because I am tired.

Same resolution as the iPad 1 and iPad 2.

No, there won't be any innovative apps targeted at the iPad Mini's 7.9 screen. Only thing I can see is changing the font size, icons, and images to accommodate the Mini's smaller screen.
