Down by the bay.
Terminal will not stay open for me. It just crashes right after opening.
I cannot delete anything from iTunes.
I cannot use the search (cmd+f) in Firefox.

How can I fix them?

Leopard, 10.5.1; Specs in signature.

try deleting com.apple.Terminal.plist

Edit: Posted my response before I saw your other problems. Have you tried repairing permissions?

Yes to the repairing permission.

I'll edit this after deleting that plist file.

EDIT: Okay. I can't find that file. Its in the caches folder, correct? If not, I guess I don't have one. I did a spotlight on it, found nothing. Could that be the reason?
EDIT 2: Okay. I found it. It was in the Preferences folder, right? I deleted it, still won't stay open.

Anyone?

I created another user profile on my Mac, everything works perfectly. Firefox doesn't crash, Terminal stays open, and iTunes deletes whatever.

So, what gives? Is there some file on my profile that is preventing me from doing all of this or what? Should I change user profiles and move all my files to the new one and delete this one? Does anyone have a tutorial on that?
