Application quit unexpectedly

I downloaded an application (iKey) from the App Store, but every time I try to open it I receive a crash report. I have made sure that both the application and my computer are up to date, but it has not helped. I cannot read the code, but I will paste it here. Please let me know what is going wrong and how I can fix it! Thanks!
