Hi,

Could anyone recommend a good (and free ;) ) application which keeps track of time you spend in front of the monitor and reminds you that its time to take a break every "x" minutes?

Im sure there must be at least a few of these, but i dont know which one is a good choice.

Take brakes, as in car brakes? That's illegal in most places. Taking breaks is something else.

Now to create an application reminding you to check spelling.

Not everyone is an english speaker, im not. Thanks for the "help".

well you did spell it right, so don't worry, just used the wrong spelling for the meaning... so don't worry about it. :p

and there are plenty of alarm apps out there you could probably configure for this... don't know any myself for this particular use though sorry.

I found something called "Apimac timer". It can be downloaded from the Apple website.

It seems to be exactly the application that i needed.
