Application to Lock Folders

Does anyone know any application that I can use to lock(password protect) my folders? Like my movies or pictures or documents.

Lock as in how, because you can do that in the Get Info menu.

I mean password protect the folders.

you can use disk utility to create encrypted images, so you can password it. then just drag the folders you need secured in there. but that has defined space limit.

for third-party apps, there have been threads that discuss it.
