Application to Monitor HDD Access Read/Write/Bandwidth?

I have a hard drive that I download my movies to, but at the same time watch movies from in 1080p. I am curious to if my simultaneous downloads are hurting my FPS. Anyone have a suggestion for a program that can monitor the access of my external HDD?
 
Activity Monitor will give you overall speed:

iStat Menus can give you read/write speeds for each individual physical drive.

Good Call Spinner, was just curious if there was some prog out there that I hadn't come across. I haven't used the iStat for a while but might give it another look.
