"Applications" button not showing up in iTunes under "Library"!

I recently updated iTunes to 10.2.2.14 and my itouch with software version 1.1.5, and now the Applications button on the left-hand navigation pane under the Library is nowhere to be found. I have no way to manage my apps within iTunes without it. Does anyone know how I can fix it (aside from reinstalling)??? I attached a screenshot. Thanks
