Applications Constantly Installing

My previous post reminded me that on my iPhone 5C for the last two weeks or so, the AccuWeather and Yelp apps (and sometimes another one) ae constantly showing "installing" on the screen. They show they were updated on February 22. Neither show that they need updating now. But on the screen the icons are darkened, and neither app will do anything when selected. Again, suggestions?

Have you tried deleting them and reinstalling them?

What C DM said and -- when was the last time you gave your phone a restart? Press Power + Home for 4 seconds or until the phone restarts.

Hadn't yet tried deleting and reinstalling, but did just now reset the phone and that seems to have cured that problem! Thank you both!
