Applications folder faded on my mac? like its hidden

the applications folder is only accessible through the top menu - go - applications. you can not open the folder in Macintosh HD or on the sidebar.

I have ran disk repairs in disk utilities

The permissions are as follows:

Here is mine functioning properly.

I notice you have system and everyone on there twice?

Make sure you have backed up before messing with this.
