applications from the itunes store

Hello everyone. I have a 1st gen Iphone and I have installed some free apps from the itunes store as well as some ipa files from some websites. My problem is that every time I reboot the phone or turn it off and then back on, the free apps from itunes do not work . When I try to launch them, all the phone does is going back to the home screen. Only the cracked apps work without any problem at all. Any ideas to fix this issue?
