I just bought a new Mac Mini and installed 4gb ram and a 320 gb 7200 HD. After that, I installed OSX from scratch and then pointed iTunes to a FW drive containing my music, movies and apps. The music and movies are fine. Even syncing to my iPhone works. But, for some reason, iTunes does not have an applications 'folder' in the left column. Any ideas on why? did I neglect to pull a plist file from the old hard drive that tells iTunes where to look?

Thanks!
