I recently upgraded both my Macbook Air and iMac to 10.7.2 and moved from mobile me to iCloud. Since the upgrade both computors open lots of applications on start up (Word and Excel docs, iTunes, iCal, Skype, Firefox and others) and I can't seem to stop it happening. I have tried System Preferences>Login Items (there is now nothing listed here) but it's still happening. Any suggestions?

This is my first post so apologies if this is the wrong place to do it. Cheers, Ben.

When you shut down or restart, there is an option to reload apps on startup. Is that checked or unchecked?
