Applications "outside the screen"

Hi!

Has anybody experienced this: You open an app an it´s not visible on the desktop, only with exposé you realize it´s actually running? When closing exposé it disappears again either to the left or to the right.
I´ve had this with Absynth 4 and Metasynth and it´s driving me nuts.
I tried using an additional screen and messing with the resolution with no success... gnagnagnagnagnagna

Try deleting the apps preference file.
