Applications show up twice or more in Spotlight

I upgraded from Sequioa to Tahoe yesterday (14" Macbook M1 Pro) and some of my apps (including those in my Parallels Windows install) show up twice or more in the 'Apps' (or the Apps section of Spotlight).

Already ran Onyx but didn't help. Anyone else have this problem ?

Are you saying this is a common issue? I don't understand your post.

OP: By "ran Onyx" do you mean you rebuilt the Spotlight index via Onyx? Did you try any other method to rebuild it?
