My primary HD is a samsung 840 128GB. To save space, I have most of my apps on another hard drive in my Mac Pro. All works well until an update come along, which then automatically reinstalls who app to my primary os drive. I use aliases in the apps folder (on the os drive) which link up to the real app in my app dedicated HD. How do I sort this?
