Hi, I am not saying I did or going to do this but I was just wondering.

If you install a package such as "Installous" and you download xxx application(s) I was just wondering if you update to say an official Apple firmware will it delete that application? Also if you download xxx application(s) will going into iTunes and clicking update apps will they update?

Again I am not doing this just a simple question. Thanks!
