Appllications don't have permission on an admin account.

I recently did an archive and install and now every time I try to update an application the app does not have permission. I was able to update the OS and everything but I can't update apps. The other admin can update apps.

Repair Disk Permissions using Disk Utilities found in your Utilities folder located in the main Application folder.
