I have four lines on my account, one is eligible for upgrade. If I wanted to apply that upgrade to a different line on the account at the Apple store, how does that work?

I've done this many times with AT&T and they refer to it as cross upgrading. I'd imagine if you went into an Apple Store and told them that you wanted to cross upgrade they'd know what you were talking about. I'm not sure if you can do it with Verizon though.

Just did it on 2 lines today at a apple store. Not one issue and they even had the verizon 6 plus in stock. I couldn't believe it.

If my local Apple store doesn't have the model I'm looking for in stock, can they do all the paperwork and just have it delivered to my office?
