Chris.

There are numerous threads on this.

But, yes. You are not allowed to even read this website according to Apple.

The most extensive literature I have come across is here.

They'll either contact you or they won't contact you. That's pretty much how the employment process works after you submit your application.

Ah ok. thanks a lot!

they sometimes have group interviews, phone interviews, one on one interviews, etc.

they tend to ask pretty general questions, like, "describe your best experience with apple" or "what do you like about apple the most."

just be yourself, be earnest, be interested.

Most importantly, best of luck. About a 6-10% acceptance rate to working at Apple.

As part of my application I first went to a big group (approx 15 people) interview, where we all spoke in front of each other about ourself, our lifestyles etc. I was then invited to another group interview, but this time only 4 of us, and this involved role plays, scenarios such as angry customers with broken iPods etc....I wasn't successful past this stage of interviews, so I couldn't comment further. I imagine there may be a one-on-one interview following this.

All the staff as part of the interview process were very nice and made everyone feel at ease etc.
