Appointment app (anyone know a good free one ?)

Hey guys, looking for some help.

I need to find an app for ipads that will allow a booking system of sorts for different types of services. I want an app that say for example a secretary at the front desk could book in an appointment and then it will also appear on an ipad In my office which will notify me of incoming appointments for that day.

I have been trying out one called ovatu but it doesn't seem to allow to book in multiple appointments at the same time.

Thanks for your time. Hopefully someone will know of a good one :)
