I do computer consulting and one thing I would love to do is to send notification emails to clients the day before and I've yet to come up with anything, outside of just writing an email in Mail which looks bland.
There are services like Mail Chimp but that's only good if you are sending out mass email, not practical for individual emails.
I thought of using the iCal notification reminder and that worked almost great but it sends it from my MobileMe email/name which I want to keep separate from my work.
Any suggestions on different methods of sending clients an upcoming appointment notification?
