that said, i wouldn't mind hearing some speculation about what it'll be.

I'd like to see a 12" touch screen tablet.

Things can be announced any time. When they're actually released is something else.
the tablet will prob be 7-10"...i believe it will be thin and carry ssd only (of course)
no optical drive, slate style , glass touchscreen like the iphone.
