Currently, im SERIOUSLY considering selling my June 2012 cMBP to pick up one of the Refurb 15 inch Retina model's Apple is selling for $1,599 now. Its the base 15inch Model (2.3ghz i7, 512mb 650m, etc.) Though, I upgraded the stock 4GB of RAM to 8GB. I also updated the 500GB hard drive to a Samsung 830 128GB SSD. How much do you guys I can get from this? Trying to gauge where I should list it at. And whats the best option to sell? Im thinking Craigslist is the way to go. This laptop is as good as the day it was bought! No issues at all!

My appraisal....

goes between $1675-1800, taking in account your mention about not issues. I assume an mint condition. And the opportunity of add AppleCare later will not be overlooked. But maybe a better appraisal is to see how much will cost a refurb similar to the computer you want to sell.

Just wondering how you came up with that price seeing as the 15" rMBP refurb OP mentioned has 2.3GHz i7, 8gb ram, 256gb flash, and the 1gb GT 650m and costs $1,599.
