Hello, everybody.

This is not a technique question but...

My company is planning to develop App for another company.
- First app (App A) is treated as original and created by my company.
- Second app (App B) is based on original app (App A), but labeled as a collaboration with other company.

Is it possible to get approvals for both apps when 95% of design and contents are almost similar?
(labeled different company logo, etc.,)
Another words, App B is designed for other company but functions are based on App A.

I notice App Review Guideline 8.5 states about use of 3rd party materials.

Thanks and best regards.
