WWDC happens every June. It's an annual event.

Based on current rumors from case leaks to AMD gpu for mobile, I'd say July to next year, we'll definitely get the Skylake macbook pros.
It's not like the new Pros are going to make the current Pros drop dead. And if it's going to be a redesign, I'd wait for the rev B as the initial problems will be ironed out. And there will be problems. The internet told me.
