Just wondering if anyone has experience with shipping a 21.5" 2011 iMac (or similar) via FedEx.

Unfortunately, I know longer have the original box, so I am trying to garner a ballpark estimate on how much it would cost to bring it into a FedEx location, have them package it and ship it via ground.

Thanks for any help.

I had shipped....

some year and half ago a iMac 2011, via FedEx from East Coast (Los Angeles) to New York (Brooklyn) and cost me $40 or something (FedEx ground). With packaging I think I got 12 kgs (25 pounds, more or less).

Sorry if my memory is blurry. Hope that helps:)

I use to work at a shipping store, make sure you double box it, with 2-3 inches styofoam around it, if you don't have the materials take it to a shipping store and let them pack it..

I sold a 21" on eBay a couple years ago and I think the shipping using my box was about $40. Figure add another 15-20 for them to box it up for you.
