iPhone 13 Pro Approximate file size for 4k video on 13 Pro

Does anyone know roughly how big each minute of video is for the larger settings, eg:

• 4K HDR with Dolby at 60 fps
• 4K at 60 fps
• 1080p at 60 fps

I have unopened 256Gb and 512Gb models and need to decide which makes most sense based on family outings where I'll be shooting video (not ProRes). Psychologically I only want the 256Gb and will potentially put the £200 saving towards a S7 watch. Will return the unwanted model.
