My wife had a early generation iPad and last week I picked up an Air 2 for her. Several issues cropped up when moving everything over including a bunch of apps just hanging in the waiting state and many apps that had been long ago deleted showing up. It took several runs of deleting to get everything working as intended however I notice in the iCloud "manage storage/this iPad/backup options /show all apps there are a couple of apps that are just vector icons and unknown along with one app that was deleted and is still showing up there. Is there a way to have the iPad refresh so it cleans everything up?

The apps that are vector drawings are:
Keyboard Data (Chinese & Japanese)
com.color.colorclient

The app that won't go away but not on the device is Trover
