Guys, when I want to restore my OS X, to the factory settings what will happen to app that I bought? Do I need some backup before it?
Can I will be able, to download purchased app from Mac App Store for free?

As long as its linked to your Apple ID you will just sign in and all your purchases will be available without needing to purchase them again.

That Might Not Be Indefinate Though...

I bought a copy of Final Cut ProX when it first came out and drag and dropped it onto my backup disk.

I have since reloaded my system a couple of times (for fun) and my drag-and-drop backup worked perfectly.

I think I read somewhere that if the version of software changes or is no longer available on Apple's servers you might not be able to access your software there... I got the impression that you can't bank on access to something you bought from the App Store and that you should drag and drop.

Thanks Mikey-Mike after I read your post I included "Applications" folder into my TimeMachine Backup!
