Apps aren't syncing to my iPhone 4s

I had a 3GS that was jailbroken and I synced all my hacked apps on to my iTunes. My new iPhone is on 5.1 and not jailbroken, I tried syncing the apps to my new phone, but all the hacked ones failed to install, is there anyway to get them to install? Or do I have to wait for te jailbreak?
