Apps Asking for Feedback/Reviews

I have the setting set to not allow this in the settings on my phone.

Settings > App Store

I am still receiving prompts from apps I use to leave feedback or a review.

Is anyone else experiencing this and/or have a resolution?

AFAIK apps have to push out an update to honour the new app review toggle. I think Apple requires new app updates to honour it but old apps may still work the old way.
