apps cannot be updated and synced

I dont know if it's problems of my itune(updated to the latest) or apps but it appears that there are 17 updates available , but when I actually click "update the app", it says all apps have already been updated.

and when I sync all apps to my iphone, only 7 went to my iphone and other 10 cannot be synced

this is so weird and I dont know it's problems of my iphone or itune or apps


help!:(
