iPhone Apps crashing after day of phone being on?

My phone seems to kill apps after a day of the phone being on for a day or two. Is this a common problem with jailbrokenhpnes? I have to restart my phone every day or two to make it work. Memory hogs is what I'm thinking and it building up over a day?

"older" apps will close automatically as you open more and more apps. a lack of RAM also play a role in that
 
not like that i mean. its when I'm opening up an app it tries to load and it crashes every time until i restart it. Happens with any app... Facebook, safari, instagram, camera app. Ram is definitely a big factor here I'm sure
