apps crashing/not opening but working after unlock restore

so i just got my unlock, i restored my phone, and now some of my apps aren't opening and crashing when i do attempt to open them. I have to delete them and redownload them again to make them work. Although some are running in the background just unable to open.

Anyone know what the issue might be?:confused:

I'm running 4s 5.1 unlocked not jailbroken.
