Apps dont appear as purschased

I just updated to ios5 yesterday night. On my 3gs i had about 150 apps before the upgrade. After I installed the new ios i had none, I looked in itunes and I just had like 20 apps there and then I went to the appstore and looked there and could find like 20 more. Where did my 150 apps go? I tried remembering some of the names and I could download them without paying again, but how can I know the name of 100+ apps?
