Apps don't show under "manage storage"

Hello fellas. I need some feedback here.
I really want to delete app data on certain apps as I'm running out of space. Take for instance Tapatalk is taking up 1Gb of space. But i cannot see all apps listed in manage storage menu except iMovie. See attachment

It seems like you are looking at the iCloud manage storage rather than the one on the device itself which would list all the apps and their data. Realistically you can just delete the app from your home screen and install it again to free the space its cache/temporary data is using.
