Anyone else having the problem, that updates for watchOS apps don’t install until you restart the paired iPhone? It’s not happening all the time, but mostly if the iPhone is being used without rebooting for several days. At one point it simply stops working. Problem exists since iOS 12 for me.

It happened to me once so far a few days ago when I was installing 4 new apps. The apps did not show up on the watch until I rebooted the watch. Can't remember if I rebooted the phone. I am on ios 12.1 (iphone 6s) & watch os 5.1.1 (series 3)
