Apps downloaded from iphone to itunes?

I bought two paid apps from the App Store via Iphone and synced up my iphone to itunes. However, when I look through the apps through itunes, I don't see the two apps I paid for. How can I get them to transfer over?

Or do I just redownload them from the itunes store from my computer? I'm just afraid it might charge me twice.

Don't purchase again. It should occur automatically, but try this:

In iTunes select your iPhone, go to File > Transfer Purchases
