Apps Downloaded On Phone Unstable?

Personally i havent noticed any patterns.
For example if I install through iTunes I have needed to reinstall the application 2-3 times before it has settled down and become stable. Once I took a stable 2nd installed and removed it from the phone and then installed it again and it was unstable again. Then after a further two times it was stable. So who knows.
