Apps folder>date created wrong

Hi, I've noticed somehting.

When I browsing apps in the apps folder, I noticed that the date for 'Date Created' is wrong for a couple of the apps. For instance Skype which I downloaded yesterday, says that it was created on 6.2.13 (I did use to have Skype but uninstalled in before Christmas)

Also I noticed an app says it was created before I even installed it.
