Hi all,

New poster so go easy!
I have recently bought an iPhone 5 and was offered insurance with the carphone warehouse in which they told me that if my phone was stolen, amongst other features, they could activate the front and back cameras remotely to start taking pictures of who is using it and also give me the location of my phone. I know the Apple "find my iPhone app" has the location tool but not the camera part as far as I can see. I was wondering if there is an app on the app store that does a similar thing if my iPhone ever was stolen? The only one I can find is for jailbroken phones, which mine is not, and I dont intend on doing.

Many thanks! :)

Apple would not approve such an app for the App Store as it would not meet their developer iOS guidelines. Jail break will be your only option if this is a must have feature for you.
